Sign up at Brave and earn BAT tokens for web surfing
Every week we want to show you easy ways you can stack sats, with no trading, no mining, no staking involved. This week we are going to take a look at Brave.
Brave is an an open-source browser that comes with a built-in ad blocker and offers fast web-surfing and a very easy way to earn crypto. The built-in ad blocker screens those high-data consuming ads and can allow your browser to work up to six times faster than other browsers.
How Does It Work?
When you join Brave Rewards, your browser will automatically start tallying (only on your device’s local storage) the attention you spend on sites you visit.
Once a month, Brave Rewards will send the corresponding amount of BAT, divided up based on your attention, from your local browser-based wallet to the sites you’ve visited. You can remove sites you don’t want to support, and tip creators directly too.
Users can select the number of ads that they are willing to see per hour. You will begin to earn Basic Attention Tokens (BAT) based on the number of ads viewed by you.
The BAT earned is rewarded to your browser wallet once a month and can be used to support the web publishers or you can withdraw them to your personal account.
If you have a website and or YouTube channel, then you can register as a publisher and accept BAT tips from people that utilise the Brave Browser.
To withdraw your earned BAT you will need to create an Uphold Account. The bad news is that you must KYC in order to use Uphold and this is currently the only way to redeem those tokens. Once your Uphold account is setup you can sync any computers and mobile devices that you use to maximise your earning potential.
The Basic Attention Token has a ton of a liquidity and listed on over 150 exchanges, so you can easily convert your earned BAT into sats (or whatever you choose). You can download the Brave Browser today and begin stackin’ BATs!
